The house was founded by Tina Yu, who comes from a multi-generation family of fashion manufacturers. After building her own eveningwear collection, she brought her patternmaking skill and deep knowledge of garment construction to New York, working with the likes of Bill Blass and Oscar de la Renta before founding the atelier.
